Shipping Policy

Stewart Leatherworks uses Canada Post to ship your purchases to you. When possible, we will follow up, via email, with an estimated delivery window. We ship orders out the next business day, when possible, and will do our best to provide you with any updates, if any delays should arise.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are are unhappy with your purchase, we ask that you send an email, along with a copy of your invoice and a photo of the item, to with the subject line "Return & Exchange". We stand behind our products quality and will do our very best to ensure that you are happy. 

We cover any type of manufacturer defect for 1 year, at our discretion, but in situations of improper use, intentional damage, loss, theft, or Acts of God, we handle it on a case by case basis. 

The takeaway is that if you are dissatisfied at all with your belt, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
